Payment was successful but recharge is not done. What should I do?
Please wait for 4-5 minutes after the payment is successfully done. If your mobile number is still not recharged or bill payment is still not done then check your DMR balance.Please note that the payment amount would be put in DMR balance for unsuccessful recharges/billpayments. You can use the DMR balance to recharge again. If the amount is not reflecting in the DMR balance then please register a complaint at support.domyrecharge.co or mail to email@example.com. We will revert at the earliest.
How much time does it take to do my recharge?
Recharging is a very simple process at domyrecharge.com
Generally, your recharge would be done in 10-15seconds. As soon as payment is made, you will get a confirmation mail from domyrecharge.com and a recharge message from your mobile operator.
Can I recharge for my friends and family also?
Yes. You can recharge all the mobile numbers of your friends and family with your account.
Can I recharge without selecting coupons?
Yes, you can recharge without selecting any coupons if you donot feel the need for the same. However, as there is no specific restriction on coupon selection, we recommend you to choose a few coupons so you can avail discount in case of any uplanned purchase requirement in the immediate future.
Is there any extra charge for recharging?
We donot charge any convenience charge for providing the mobile & DTH recharge service for recharge upto Rs.100. However, there is a convenience charge of Rs. 1 for recharge amount between Rs. 101 and Rs.500 and convenience charge of Rs.2 for recharge amount of Rs.501 or higher. Also there is a 2.25% convenience charge for all bill payments and insurance renewal.
Am I charged extra for coupons?
No, there is no charge for the coupons. Nor any handling fee is applicable
What should I do if coupons are not been received?
If you do not get e-coupons instantly to your inbox after a successful transaction please go to domyrecharge support page and register your complaint.
How can I utilize coupons?
You get e-coupons instantly after a successful transaction, which you can redeem at the respective merchant's website before expiry date.
Can I give these coupons to anybody friends?
Yes. You can give these coupons to your friends and relatives.

What is DMR Balance?
DMR (Do My Recharge) Balance is safe and secure, and is available to you for all your future recharges and transactions. DMR Balance reflects deposits made to your account from unsuccessful recharges and bill payments on domyrecharge.com.
How does money appear in my DMR Balance?
On very few occasions, when we have already captured your payment but your recharge or billpayment is unsuccessful, we will put those funds in your DMR Balance. Those funds will be stored in a 100% safe and secure environment, and you can use these funds for future recharges, bill payments and other domyrecharge services.
What can I use my DMR Balance for?
You can use it for any transaction (Mobile/DTH/Data card/Bill Payments) on www.domyrecharge.com as long as you have sufficient Balance in your DMR balance.
How do I know if the balance in my DMR Balance is sufficient for a given transaction?
You can use your DMR balance for making payments for a transaction as long as your DMR balance is greater than or equal to your payable amount for that transaction.
The DMR Balance payment option would not be available for making payments if the DMR Balance is less than your transaction's payable amount.
You cannot pay partly using the DMR balance and partly using some other payment option
How do I pay using DMR Balance in my next transaction?
As long as you have sufficient balance in your DMR Balance for the next transaction, you can pay using DMR Balance easily. Once you login and proceed with your recharge, you will see the DMR Balance as a payment option along with other payment options.
How do I see my DMR Balance?
After you login, you can see your DMR Balance by going to Add Fund section under My Account. Also, there is direct DMR Balance link at the top of the page.
How is DMR Balance a better payment option than other options like Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking, etc.?
It is very easy to use and convenient. Entering your card or net banking detail for every transaction is laborious. Isn't it? DMR Balance feature saves you precious time where you don't have to enter card details every time! and you can still transact in a 100% safe and secure environment.
Does my DMR Balance get expired?
Your DMR Balance is safe and secure with us and you can keep it with us as long as you want to.
How long does it take for money to be reflected in my DMR Balance?
Your money against an unsuccessful recharge would be credited to your DMR Balance immediately.
Can I get the money refunded from DMR Balance to my bank account?
Currently, you cannot refund DMR Balance funds back into your original accounts (credit, debit or net banking), and the funds can be used for transactions exclusively on www.domyrecharge.com only.
We will be soon launching the feature to refund your DMR Balance funds back into your original account, under certain circumstances. Please check after few weeks.
My money is not reflecting in my DMR Balance; however it has been deducted from my bank account.
In rare cases, it takes your bank's online system longer than usual to respond.
But you need not worry, your money is not lost and it will be reflected in your DMR Balance if the payment was successful but you didn't get the recharge or bill payment successfully done, else the money would be reflected in your bank account the next day.
